Privacy notice
This notice covers SilverGoldPlan.ca and the Silver DCA Planner trial.
Silver DCA Planner stores transaction, holding, policy, weekly-plan, and local historical-data records on the Windows computer where the app is used. The website does not receive the portfolio database and no online product account is required for the trial.
The application can import transaction-history CSV downloads from Silver Gold Bull’s Canadian and U.S. websites. Those files are selected and processed locally by the user. Silver Gold Plan is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Silver Gold Bull.
The application uses internet services for current and historical metals and foreign-exchange data. A personal subscribed historical-data key remains on the user’s computer and is not included in the website contact form, download log, or external-AI review package.
When a trial download is requested, the website may store the release version, file name, date and time, referring page, a short user-agent summary, language preference, and a keyed one-way hash derived from the network address. The application database does not store the raw network address.
IIS and related infrastructure may temporarily record ordinary technical request information, including a network address, date, requested page, status code, and browser identifier. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting, and service operation.
The contact form stores the name, email address, selected subject, message, date and time, consent version, support status, and limited anti-spam information. The information is used to read and respond to the message, maintain support history, and protect the form from abuse.
Download network hashes should be removed or anonymized after 90 days. Contact messages should be retained only while reasonably needed for support and recordkeeping, normally no longer than 24 months after closure unless a longer period is required for a specific issue.
Silver DCA Planner only saves the review package to a folder selected by the user. The app does not upload it. Any external AI provider receives information only when the user separately chooses to upload the package, and that provider’s own privacy terms then apply.
Contact and download information is not sold to advertisers. It may be handled by service providers needed to operate the website, hosting, security, or database infrastructure, subject to appropriate access controls.
The public website does not contain Firebird credentials. Contact and download records pass through a server-side API protected by a shared secret. Administrative access uses HTTPS, a private unlinked endpoint, a strong password, and restricted server permissions.
Use the contact form to ask about website information, request correction of a submitted message, or ask that an eligible contact record be removed.

This notice should be updated whenever collection practices, service providers, import formats, retention periods, or hosting arrangements change.
